Rate locks apply to the current rates for online loan applications
submitted before 3 PM PST. Rate locks for loan applications
received after 3 PM will be applied to loan rates for the
following day.
Rate locks must be confirmed with a loan officer by email
or by phone, after you have submitted the
online loan application. If you choose to lock a rate,
the rate will be locked for 60 days. If you
choose not to lock the loan rate, then your loan rates are
floating until they are locked in.
